Based in Wigan, AST Plastering Contractors Ltd is a trusted family run business specialising in all aspects of plaster work including, dry lining, internal and external rendering, coving, skimming and much more. Further to our plastering work, we also supply and install suspended ceilings. Since establishing in 1983, we have become renowned for our reliability, professional workmanship, attention to detail and competitive rates.
We offer our services to both commercial and private clients throughout the North West region, undertaking contracts in Wigan, Lancashire, Merseyside, Greater Manchester and the surrounding areas. AST Plastering Contractors has reliably delivered contracts for many prominent clients, including Intu Trafford Centre, FX Leisure, Persimmon Homes (NW and Lancashire), Wiggett Construction, Wainhomes, Morris Homes, David Wilson Homes and Chelmere Homes to name a few.
We have a team of skilled, committed, time-served plasterers available, ready to meet your requirements. Past projects have included new build dwellings, leisure centres, factories, schools and office premises. We have also refurbished a number of period properties, and regularly undertake insurance work and private residential contracts.
The business was founded by father and son Arthur and Steve Turner, who are both qualified plasterers with a background in business. Since those early days, we are pleased to say that AST Plastering has grown through word-of-mouth recommendation. In 2009, we became a limited company and now have four equal directors, though we still remain true to our original ethos – to provide a personal, high quality service at a fair price.
